The LTL Galvanizers manufacturing plant is equipped with cutting-edge equipment that can be controlled by computerized systems with a very high level of accuracy, repeatability, and output rate. The performance capability of this facility positions it among the top-end manufacturing lines in the world, and the only one of its kind in Sri Lanka.
All welding conforms to the requirements of the American Welding Society D1.1 Standard.
All material is hot-dip galvanized after fabrication to BS EN ISO 1461:2022 or other equivalent international standards.
All structural bolts conform to ISO 898-1 :2013 and are galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461:2022.
