We’re a subsidiary of LTL Holdings, one of Sri Lanka’s largest and most respected engineering groups. But we’re also a tight-knit team of 150+ engineers, fabricators, chemists, technicians, and project managers who have chosen to spend our careers getting really good at one thing: making steel last.
Our people stay. Many of our shop-floor supervisors started as trainees 15 or 20 years ago. Our senior engineers have seen the company grow from a single kettle to a turnkey contractor exporting to 10+ countries. We invest in our people because the work is demanding and the standards are high — and because there’s no substitute for experience when you’re protecting the assets that power a country.
If you want to solve hard engineering problems, build something that outlasts you, and work with people who take quality personally, there’s a place for you here.
Between the bath runs and the blast cabinets, there's a lot that makes this a place worth showing up to. A look at some of the moments our team has shared over the past year.

Six-month placements for undergraduates in mechanical, chemical, materials, and industrial engineering. You'll sit with a mentor, own a real project, and present your findings to management before you leave.
Shorter commitments for vocational students, NVQ trainees, and recent diploma holders who want hands-on exposure to a working plant before locking in a full-time role.
Roles we're actively hiring for. Don't see your fit? Send us your CV anyway we keep good people on file.
Own the day-to-day operation of our LOI-Thermprocess kettle line. Lead a shift team, drive throughput, and keep us compliant with ISO 9001 and 45001.
Design towers, substation gantries, and pipe-rack structures for our turnkey EPC division. Work across Tekla, STAAD, and SolidWorks — see your drawings on-site within months.
Inspect zinc thickness, adhesion, and surface preparation across hot-dip, thermal-spray, and duplex coatings. Own the quality documentation that ships with every tonne we deliver.
Run our turnkey jobs end-to-end — schedule, procurement, fabrication, galvanizing, installation. Keep one timeline on track across four internal teams and a handful of client stakeholders.
Grow our export book across South Asia, East Africa, and the Middle East. Technical background welcome — we'll teach you the galvanizing if you can carry a commercial conversation.
We're always interested in hearing from strong engineers, fabricators, and chemists who know our industry. Send your CV and a short note on what you'd bring — we'll reach out when there's a fit.
